Ran today in the sweltering heat and it definitely took a toll. I could not shake the temp and ended up calling my run after only 6 miles instead of the 9.5 that I originally had in mind. I feel good though, especially my hip which has felt terrible for the last month now. I am very excited to start getting some 30 mile weeks again.
